BarTender 2022 R8 以降を実行し、有効なメンテナンスおよびサポート契約 (MSA) を締結している すべての BarTender Professional および Starter ユーザーは、ワークステーションエディションに無料で変更できます。現在のライセンスをワークステーションエディションに変更するには、このアップグレードリクエストフォームを送信してください。  

注意: ワークステーションエディションは BarTender 2022 R8 以降のバージョンのみ互換性があります。

  2. メンテナンスサポート契約が有効であることを確認してください
  3. 右側のアップグレードリクエストフォームにご記入ください

ワークステーションライセンスは 1 台の PC または1人のユーザーのみをサポートするため、ワークステーションエディションへの変更後は複数のPCによる BarTender 運用の構成に戻すことはできません。

How do I find which BarTender version is installed on my PC or computer? 
You can find your installed BarTender version by following the steps below: 

  1. Open BarTender Designer 
  2. Click on “Help” in the top bar 
  3. Select “About” from the drop-down menu 

How do I update to BarTender 2022 R8 or later?
To update your BarTender software, you will need:

  1. The latest BarTender 2022 installer. You can download this here.
  2. Your Product Key Code (PKC) for BarTender.
  3. Administrator access to the computer(s) that you will updating.

Why do I need to update to BarTender 2022 R8 or later? 
The Workstation Edition is only compatible with BarTender 2022 R8 or later. Any older version of BarTender will not be compatible with the Workstation Edition. 

How do I find the status of my MSA?
You check the status of your MSA by following the steps below: 

  1. Open BarTender Designer 
  2. Click on “Help” in the top bar 
  3. Select “About” from the drop-down menu 

How do I get an active MSA?
You can either add or renew your MSA by going to the Maintenance & Support webpage, choosing whether to add or renew your MSA, and submitting the form. Our team will get in touch with you with next steps.
